Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust. Below are our clear and transparent refund policies.
1. Booking Amount / Advance Payment
- The ₹1000 advance booking payment is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
- This amount is adjusted in the total project cost and is not an extra fee.
2. Website Development Services
Refunds are NOT applicable once:
- Work has begun
- Initial layout has been shared
- Any part of the website has been developed
If you cancel before work starts, only the remaining amount (not the ₹1000 booking charge) can be refunded.
3. Digital Templates
- Templates are non-refundable because they are digital and delivered instantly.
4. Project Delays
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused due to:
- Late responses from the client
- Incomplete content or incorrect details
- Third-party issues (hosting, domain, plugins, server downtime)
5. Service Cancellation by Opnix Media
We may cancel a project for:
- Abusive behaviour
- Illegal or inappropriate content
- Unresponsive clients
- Misuse of our services
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
6. Final Payment
- The final payment must be completed before website handover.
- Failure to make the final payment will result in project suspension.
