2. Service Model & Payments
- For website packages, clients must pay a ₹1000 advance booking charge to start the project.
- This amount is adjusted in the final payment — it is not an extra charge.
- The remaining amount must be paid before final delivery/website handover.
- Templates must be paid 100% upfront.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices listed on our website exclude domain & hosting charges.
- Opnix Media is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete information from the client.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard website projects take 7–21 working days, depending on requirements.
- Templates are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of payment.
- Delays due to late responses from customers add to the timeline.

- After final payment, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client.
- Templates remain licensed and cannot be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability
